Book Description:

For centuries war raged between the humans and Aeternus vampires—until courageous efforts on both sides forged a fragile peace.

But the rogue Necrodreniacs will never be controlled—addicted as they are to the death-high . . . and bloody chaos.

Since witnessing the murder of her mother, Antoinette Petrescu has burned with fiery hatred for the vampire race—even for Christian Laroque, the noble, dangerously handsome Aeternus who rescued her. Now an elite Venator, Antoinette must reluctantly accept Christian's help to achieve her vengeance—even as he plots to use the beautiful, unsuspecting warrior as bait to draw out the bloodthirsty dreniacs.

Book Review:

Antoinette has come a long way since the hell she was put through as child. She is one the world’s best Venators or best known as vampire slayers. Antoinette doesn’t care what kind of vampire one is, dead is dead to her.

That is until she meets one of the most infamous vampires alive, the Aeternus, Christian Laroque. He‘s not out to kill the human race no matter what Antoinette stubbornly believes. She would rather stake herself than believe that Christian is one of the good guys. No matter how much she is drawn to him, Antoinette isn’t going to let Christian get to her.

Christian has long wanted to meet the woman Antoinette has become. He may not put up with her attitude, he can’t help but want to get Antoinette in between the sheets of his bed.

Things soon escalate between Christian and Antoinette in more ways than one, when they are on mission to find out who’s been killing important figures of both their worlds.

A terrible blast from Antoinette’s past comes back to haunt to finish what he started all those years ago.

Antoinette soon has to face her fears to overcome the trauma of her mother’s murder once again with the return of Dante. She realizes the only way to find out what Dante is really up to is to team up with Christian. Antoinette and Christian soon realize that there is hell of lot more going on than what they first thought.

It’s definitely going to be the fight of their lives. There is a lot more going on than Antoinette thirst for revenge. Will she come to terms of her mother’s murder? Will the hero and heroine uncover the mastermind behind all these murders?

Antoinette is one bad ass Venator. But when comes to personal relationships, she really sucks. Luckily she’s reacquainted with Christian, who save Antoinette and brother when she was a child. Now that she’s grown up, Antoinette has become a force to be reckoned with. She’s overcome a lot since her childhood. The only thing that many wish would change is her attitude to vampires. Not all out to get her blood. Christian helps her through the hell she’s been through. He is not just going to stand by and let someone destroy the one person that makes him feel alive.

Tracey O’Hara debut of Night’s Cold Kiss is anything but cold. She introduces readers to a brand new vampire slayer warrior, Antoinette Petrescu and her vampire hero, Christian Laroque. This is one jam packed thriller with just enough love scenes to keep plenty of readers happy and thoroughly entertained.

Antoinette and Christian just heat up many pages in Night’s Cold Kiss. They have such amazing chemistry together. Their scenes kick butt. The pull between them is undeniable.

One particular character that just stands out is Viktor. He definitely was one of my favorites beside the hero/heroine of Night’s Cold Kiss.

Night’s Cold Kiss will become a top hit bestseller of 2009.

I give Night’s Cold Kiss a very special rating of 5 Screams.
