Book Description:

An ancient prophecy divides two sisters.
One good.
One evil.
Only one will prevail…

Twin sisters Lia and Alice have just become orphans. They have also become fierce enemies. As they discover their roles in a prophecy that has turned generations of sisters against each other, the girls find themselves entangled in an age-old battle that could have consequences of biblical proportions.
Lia and Alice do not know whom they can trust. They just know they cannot trust each other.

Book Review:

Lia is currently in mourning after losing her father. With the help of her love, James she has someone to lean on. Yet she is unable to tell anyone about the mark that has appeared on her wrist.

She does not even reveal her secret marking to her twin Alice or her beloved James.

Lia discovers an ancient prophecy involving both Alice and herself. She learns that the prophecy claims that twins are going to fight a battle on the opposite’s
sides.

I wish I could find great words to describe the haunting tale of two girls facing their true destiny.

The horror the leading character, Lia faces is enough to give plenty of reader’s goose bumps. At least she finds allies in her friends Sonia, Luisa and her aunt Virginia.

Another death occurs and it becomes too much for Lia to handle.

She now knows that the war between the twins has now begun. There is no turning back for either girl.

Now more than ever, Lia will rely on her friends to get through what is coming.

Michelle Zink has created a memorizing fantasy romance. Prophecy of the Sisters is shy of becoming one great breathtaking tale.

Prophecy of the Sister will be considered one of the bestselling titles of 2009.

I am taken aback with the way the author wrote this beautiful tale. I do not know just how Michelle Zink came up with this novel but I hope the magical talent does not end now.

I cannot wait to see and hope that we will see more on the war that is coming for Lia and Alice.

Will we ever see the fight between the twins?

Will Lia come to regret her decisions?

Will the torn lovers be reunited?

About the author:

Michelle Zink lives in New York and has always been fascinated with ancient myths and legends.

Never satisfied with simply reading them, she usually ends up asking, “What if?” Sometimes asking only leads to more questions, but every now and then, when everything falls into place just right, a story is born.
Prophecy of the Sisters is one of those stories.
